We bring you original tracks from Traumer’s brand-new side project — Amine Laje with over 5 hours of unreleased material, including extracts from his album “Datsha”. A smooth, introspective journey where trip-hop meets jazz-infused harmonies sets the tone for our space — inviting, cultured, and playful.

Our flours are ethically sourced, meaning that all grains are domestically harvested in France within a specific radius of each mill and meet strict certification requirements.

We are immensely grateful to have set our eyes on this gem of a location. Situated at the heart of Central on the iconic Pottinger Street means more than words. There’s a sense of nostalgia once you step onto the uneven, worn granite staircase of one of Hong Kong’s oldest streets. That stark contrast with the neighbouring modern architecture is a visual sensory experience and an inspiration for anyone who appreciates the arts.
